Fire sprinkler nozzle customization
The appearance structure, flow rate, specifications and working pressure of the water mist nozzle can be customized individually. In different application scenarios, the performance parameters of the water mist nozzle may be different, and customers have to find manufacturers for customization.
Water mist nozzle customization requirements:
Lanzhong Electromechanical has the ability to design and produce various forms of nozzles, and can customize the structural type, flow coefficient and material according to customer needs. Customers need to provide at least the following information for customized water mist nozzles:
(1) Structural type of nozzle, such as appearance size, thread, structure, etc.;
(2) Medium;
(3) Flow coefficient;
(4) Performance requirements, such as droplet diameter, range, spray angle, installation parameters, etc.;
(5) Minimum and maximum working pressure;
(6) Application site and working environment;
(7) Material;
(8) Closed nozzles should also provide glass ball parameters.
Customized types of water mist nozzles:

5. Customization of dual-start mode water mist nozzles
The unique dual-start mode water mist nozzle is self-started by the rupture of the glass ball or manually started by increasing the pressure. It also has the dual advantages of an open and closed nozzle. Constant pressure opening, flow coefficient, mist angle, and structural shape can all be customized.
Customized price of fine water mist nozzle:
The customization prices for different types of water mist nozzles are different, and the quotation must be based on the quantity customized by the customer. If the customer only modifies some parameters in the selection table of each water mist nozzle, then the following market prices can be referred to. If the appearance shape and performance parameters are to be customized separately, the quotation must be comprehensively considered according to the difficulty of design and processing.
