(4) Special applications: including dust control, air and flue gas spraying, spray drying, granulation, spray humidification, etc.
The nozzles used in the steel industry are mostly made of copper or stainless steel; nozzles of special materials are also required in applications such as flue gas desulfurization and sulfuric acid recovery. Generally speaking, materials with higher hardness have better wear resistance. The performance of the continuous casting nozzle itself, together with the nozzle layout, cooling control and nozzle maintenance, constitute the secondary cooling system of the continuous casting machine, which is one of the decisive factors for the maximum casting speed, efficiency and quality level of the cast slab variety. If the secondary cooling system is compared to an army, the cooling control is the combat command system; the nozzle layout is the strategic deployment, and the nozzles are the soldiers. Command and deployment are important, but it is difficult to win a battle if soldiers are not tough. Three series of hydrogen-oxygen flame welding and cutting products can be flexibly selected for different industries and different operating properties. During flame processing, either pure hydrogen-oxygen flame processing can be used, or various additives can be added in a controllable manner to obtain flames of different properties, so as to be suitable for work in different fields.
